By downloading or using the HeartRate Senior app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
- For Informational Purposes Only: The heart rate measurements provided are estimates for fitness and wellness tracking only.
- Accuracy Limitations: The camera-based PPG technology can be affected by external factors such as lighting conditions, skin temperature, movement, and finger placement.
- Consult a Doctor: If you have any concerns about your health, or if you experience symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately. Do not rely on this App for critical health decisions.
The App processes data locally on your device. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your device.
The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write heart rate data. By enabling this feature, you agree to allow the App to access your Health data for the purpose of displaying history and saving new records. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Premium Subscription Options:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds: All refund requests are managed by Apple according to the App Store refund policy.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to source code, design, and trademarks, belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any errors in heart rate measurements.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
